Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns of eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• Have original tags attached
• Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
• Be returned in their original condition

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Preorder items
• Clearance or sale items
• Seasonal or holiday merchandise
• Accessories, bows, headbands, socks, and hair accessories
• Personalized or custom ite

  Refunds

  Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial of your refund.

  Approved refunds will be issued as:

  Return Shipping

  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or shipped incorrectly.

  We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Three Daughters & Co. is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
